ISO NE DR RTU

Applied Systems Engineering has offered the SPT4-NET and SPT-PC as a DNP3 based device for multiple protocol translation, data concentration and multi-porting applications. With this strong feature set, the SPT solution is an extremely cost effective option to add both DNP Secure Authentication and DNP XML configuration of RTU Devices. This can be completed on an embedded platform within the substation(SPT4-NET) or on a PC at the host site (SPT-PC). Please view the PDF below for further details

The SPT can be configured to speak locally to the RTU in its current RTU protocol. The data that is gathered can be passed onto the original Host station which was scanning for the data and can also be mapped to be sent to NE ISO via DNP3 with Secure Authentication via DNP IP or DNP RS232.
