DNP3 Certification Procedures

  • Corrected determination of BAD FIR in certain unsolicited tests. In a prior release, the check was coded incorrectly.
  • A pause was inserted in Unsolicited Class scan sections 8.11.2.2, 8.11.2.3, and 8.11.2.4 after step 16 for the time period specified by the procedures
  • Removed some crashes in the unsolicited test section. These crashes could have occurred if the DUT sent messages to the ASE2000 too early
  • Corrected occasional failure to reconnect in section 8.11, unsolicited tests for LAN/WAN protocol
  • Corrects oversight in conformance test procedures checking multiple outputs for devices that only allow one control output per message. Steps 13 and 14 of sections 8.2.4.2 and 8.4.4.2 should be skipped and now are when the maximum controls per message is set to ‘1’
  • Corrected auto verification of test 8.9.2.2 when response contains more than two fragments
  • Added prompt to end of test 6.1.2 to disable Data Link confirms
  • Added clarification to selected prompts requesting control point verification. Also added prompts to sections 8.2.1.2.13, Step 6, 8.2.1.2.15, Steps 6 and 9, 8.2.2.2.2, Step 3, and 8.2.2.2.3, step 5
