One & Three Year Extended Warranties
An Extended Warranty provides coverage foran additional one or three years immediately following expiration of the products current warranty.
ASE requires the device serial number when purchasing an extended warranty. That number must be entered on the ordering page and will be included on the Extended Warranty certificate, delivered via email.
An Extended Warranty covers:
Items that are damaged for any reason other than customer neglect or misuse, or force majeure events such as floods or lightning
Shipment (but not shipping costs) of a replacement item within two business days (based on stock on hand). The failed unit must be returned to ASE within seven business days after receipt of the replacement.
An Extended Warranty does not cover:
Items that are lost or stolen, or any other condition where the failed unit cannot be returned to ASE
Shipping costs for the replacement unit. Shipment will be made under direction of the customer. Overnight, express, and ground options are available
